An AI agent edits the report, an AI in chat keeps it honest, and a person makes every call that matters. Here's who does which job, and why.
1Guess first
Start with a guess. You'll find out why it matters by the end.
Claude Code can edit every file in the report. Can it see what the report looks like?
That gap is the whole lesson. An is fast with files and blind to pictures. A person can see but shouldn't hand-edit hundreds of files. So you split the work, and keep a .
2Meet the three
Three players, each with one thing the others can't do. Flip all three.
Chat is the odd one out. It has no hands at all. Its job is to be the : a second pair of eyes that remembers the rules when you're tired.
3Sort the jobs
Tap a job, then tap who does it. A wrong drop costs a heart.
4Walk the loop
One change goes round this loop once. Step through it and watch the colours: count how often the agent acts without you in between.
Look at the colours again. How often does Claude Code act twice in a row, with no gold step between?
5Why a go-between?
Chat can't open a single file. So why keep it in the loop?
You'll meet each properly in the next lessons: the , the , the , the and the .
Everything is free on GitHub. Open the report next to the lessons and check each step for yourself.
